Job Qualifications: Behavior Interventionist

POSITION SUMMARY Working within our clinical services division, opportunity exists to provide high quality clinical services to individuals with autism and other related disabilities. Such services include: program implementation, setting and meeting daily improvement goals, data collection, data-based decision making, and assisting in the shaping of new teaching programs.  QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree and posses either: Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and one year of experience in designing   and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services. PREFERRED: • Bilingual Spanish • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Special Ed. • CPR/FIRST AID OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: • Committed to working for a minimum of one year with Vista • Proof of legal residence in USA; documentation/s will be verified by Vista • Reliable transportation, valid CA. driver’s license, clean DMV report, and proof of car insurance • Copy of TB clearance • Everyday access to a computer and an internet connection.
